Q. What if my pet becomes ill while in your care?
A. We will notify you immediately and get him to either the vet of your choosing or the closest available.
Q. Will you exercise my dog off-leash?
A. Not in public. The dangers to him and others are too great. Our back yard is grassy, clean and just the right size for small and medium sized dogs to romp.
Q. Do you offer a pet taxi service?
A. Yes! We can pick up & deliver your pet to and from your door, the vet, the groomer, or anywhere in the Portland area.
Q. Do you offer house sitting?
A. We do not, but we may be able to recommend a few fine candidates.
Q. Are you familiar with home alarm systems?
A. Of course! Many of our clients use alarm systems from a wide variety of providers. We're quite proficient in the proper use of home security systems.

A. Every breed and every dog requires exercise that is custom-tailored to its individual needs. The usual duration is 30 to 45 minutes.

Q. How long have you been in the pet care business?
A. We began in 1994, with a handful of neighborhood clients. That list has since expanded to hundreds of happy pet owners across metro Portland.
Q. In what type of facility will my dog be boarded?
A. Your dog will stay in a loving family home, surrounded by toys and friends, with a safe, chemical-free, grassy yard to play in. No cages. No concrete floors. We also have central air-conditioning and central air purification.
Q. What size dogs you you board?
A. We're equipped to handle dogs up to 35 pounds.
Q. How much exercise will my dog receive during his stay?
A. If he's up for it, he'll get two 30-minute walks each day.
Q. Do I need vaccination certificates?
A. Yes. All our furry guests must be certified as having had all standard vaccinations and must also be flea-free.

A. Litter box cleaning & filling; play & affection; feeding; medication; bring in mail & newspapers; and additional, customized services on request.
